James M. McClure
Attorney McClure joined Cloutier & Cassella in 2017. Upon graduating from the University of Connecticut with a business degree, he helped grow his family’s business into the area’s largest sand and gravel operation. In 2014, he graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law and was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in November of that year. While attending Quinnipiac University School of Law, Attorney McClure founded the Real Estate and Real Property Society and participated in the 2014 National Security Moot Court Competition. In 2017, he graduated from Villanova University School of Law with a Tax LL.M. Prior to working at Cloutier & Cassella, Attorney McClure worked as a clerk for the Hartford Superior Court. Attorney McClure has spent the majority of his career focusing on business formation, real estate and tax law, as well as family and criminal law.
As a life-long resident of Southeastern Connecticut, Attorney McClure currently resides in Niantic with his wife, Attorney Brynna Gravlin, and is actively involved in the local community. He previously served as the President of the Waterford Preteen Basketball league and has been actively coaching youth sports for over ten years. Additionally, in 2009, he founded the PALS Foundation Inc. to help raise awareness for mental illness and has successfully raised over $40,000 for veterans who struggle with post-traumatic stress disorder.
